It's also the best September in the past 8 years with average monthly prices for detached homes up by almost $40,000 from 2011 year to date average prices. Record low inventories and historic low interest rate combined with strong buyer demand has continued to push the market in Newmarket & the GTA, despite a slow US recovery and economic woes in Europe.
